The Development Award honors outstanding achievement in affordable housing. These achievements include new development or construction, green initiatives, property improvements, or outside-the-box financing.

The application consists of three narrative response questions and three letters of support.

Eligibility: A nominee must be a housing authority or the instrumentality or affiliate of a housing authority. Each entry must be limited to one specific development initiative.

Submission deadline: Thursday, August 1
